29 May 2010 MY COMPANY IS A EXPORT CUM MANUFACTURING CO.
WHEN WE ARE NEGOTIATING FOREIGN BILL BANK CHARGES SOME AMOUNT OF INTEREST AND NEGOTIATING CHARGES ALONG WITH SERVICE TAX.
MY QUESTION IS WHETHER INPUT CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX IS AVAILABLE OR NOT.
PLEASE GIVE ANY SECTIONAL REF AND/OR NOTIFICATION IN THIS REGARD.
