09 May 2013 We are liable to pay Service Tax under the heads "BAS" and "BSS". Can we take balance of excess input credit under one head while paying service tax under the other head ?
or else we have to carry forward the balance excess input credit under particular head and adjust while paying service tax under the same head ?

also after july 12, there are no service categories as per law, service categories what we are seeing is only for the purpose of records of government.
