13 August 2010 i have purchase goods and pay VAT 12.5%.
now the goods is at dissatisfaction level so return the goods. i want to ask wats the adjustment of input VAT which i paid at the time of purchase.

13 August 2010 same vat will be reversed at the time of goods return.

but the creditor already submit his VAT return for that quarter.he is refusing to return the VAT.
and if there is the time limit for return of goods for the pupose of VAT.

13 August 2010 with in six moth you can return material and get vat credit.

13 August 2010 when material move it will will move with all tax applicable at that time. so without vat you can not return material to saler.

13 August 2010 if the returns exceed 6 months then what ?

n what is the time limits for revising the returns ?

14 August 2010 Return will not to revise. its treated just lke purchase. but sales return seperet accounts will be maintain.
