Information of income from salary

01 December 2011 Sir,

I want to calculate taxable income from salary, but one problem arise that a question about the HRA. Suppose any one person house purchase on sale of agreement in that case assesee should claim on what amt. So, in that case assesee should claim for int on housing loan & HRA OR only int on housing loan . So please help me above queries.

01 December 2011 if assesee has taken the house on rent also then he can claim the both.
