my articleship commenced from 22.02.2007
i want to know whether any permission from principal MIT is required for seeking industrial training after completion of 2 years of training. or what is the proceedure for pursuing industrial trainin if my principal did not give me transfer?

YES. PERMISSION IS REQUIRED. YOU HAVE TO FISRST TAKE HIS PERMISSION AND ALSO FIND COMPANY WHICH WILL ABSORB YOU AS IT. THE MIT AT THE COMPANY MUST BE THE MEMBER OF THE ICAI.

what is the case when my principal is not giving me transfer?

transfer is available in following situations :
(i) mutual consent of both principal & student
(ii) opting of industrial training.

You can get IT. But as you have stated that ultimately you cannot force your Principal for tansfer.
