my articleship commenced from 22.02.2007
i want to know whether any permission from principal MIT is required for seeking industrial training after completion of 2 years of training. or what is the proceedure for pursuing industrial trainin if my principal did not give me transfer?

27 October 2008 YES. PERMISSION IS REQUIRED. YOU HAVE TO FISRST TAKE HIS PERMISSION AND ALSO FIND COMPANY WHICH WILL ABSORB YOU AS IT. THE MIT AT THE COMPANY MUST BE THE MEMBER OF THE ICAI.

04 November 2008 what is the case when my principal is not giving me transfer?

also please refer transfer rules carefully before giving any comments as i read somewhere :
transfer is available in following situations :
(i) mutual consent of both principal & student
(ii) opting of industrial training.

14 January 2009 You can get IT. But as you have stated that ultimately you cannot force your Principal for tansfer.
