Increase in share capital

07 September 2012 In a case of increase in share capital of private limited company i have filed eform 5 with a notice convening egm before 3 days. So I want to know what should i do now. As per law shorter notice can be given. so should i take consent letters from member or give a letter to roc for mistake in date of notice.

You should comply the shorter notice procedure and thereafter attached it with Notice and file the same with ROC.
