As an auditor what things are to be checked if a company has increased its authorised capital from 6cr to 10cr what all documents forms and provision are to be considered by me please help

Following Documents should be checked:
1. Notice of General Meeting
2. Form-5
3. Form-23, if any
4. Receipts of Stamping of MOA(Increased Capital)
5. Receipts of Form-5
6.Check copy of altered MOA.
