Incorporation of section 8 company

Dear Colleagues
I am going to form Section 8 Company [ealier Sec-25] but the Proposed name Contain word "National" & hence I required Prior approval for Central Government, kindly help me how to apply to CG for the name approval of Section 8 Company, whether it is online & offline procedure, name of office, where I have to apply , my ROC office Under Mumbai jurisdiction

In case when proposed name require previous approval of central government, you have to file form INC-1 (Application for reservation of name. The said form itself be trated as an application to the Central Govt. In the said form, PART -C Point No. 16 you have to select Yes option. You have to file said form online.
