I have to incorporate a LLP with the object of Stock Broking,
1. whether inprinciple approval need to be taken with the SEBI?
2. What is the procedure to get in principle approval from SEBI?

you have to get yourself registered with SEBI ACT, 1992 as per Stock broker and sub-broker regulations, 1992. its a lengthy process & lots of investment with sound infrastructure is required
