06 June 2012 We have not received form C from one of Our customers during the year 2008-09,our sales tax assessing authority assessed differential amt of cst and interest therof in lieue of non submission of Form C.We have accounted the levied cst and interest in our books during the year 2011-12.

we wish to know the said amt (Interest)will be allowed by the Incomtax Deptt or add to our Income.
