Incomt tax refund

15 December 2012 sir,
income tax refunds of many of our clients are pending from F.Y.2007.
many applications have been made but still no response received.
i have also given call at CPC but still no response.

please sir help me to get the solutions of the same.

Is any online method is there to claim refund?if yes,please also guide me on the same

16 December 2012 You can Check your refund process online from AY- 2009-10 and can send refund request online. Since CPC has incepted their operation from AY- 2009-10. Hence refund prior to AY- 2009-10, you have to approach with AO of respective ward.
