Income tax return ay 2012-13 & 2011-12

05 August 2014 Dear All,

I want to know that can i fill my income tax return for the AY 2012-13 & 11-12, Company deducted TDS that time and i have refund in these Assessment year's

So can i fill income tax return and get refund if no then there is any further way to get refund amount.

Kindly help me with your suggestion ASAP.

05 August 2014 sorry, you cannot file the return for AY 2011-12 and AY 2012-13 now as it is already time barred.

apply for refund through application under section 119(2).
