05 March 2013 Dear Sir/Madam

Rs. 1,77,000 as Income form Other sources and my TDS deducted Rs. 2850 on Interest Income.

We have filed online ITR-1 for TDS claim. I am not a salaried person.

Can I get TDS refund? if not, what i do?

05 March 2013 Don't worry you will get refund. In case you not get the refund by the reason of improper return then after receipt of 143(1) intimation from CPC you file 154(1) rectification return along with the new another ITR by indication reason for 154(1) rectification request is wrongly ITR selected.
