Hi
i have to fill the IT return for the AY 2010-11, there is no tax laibility, under which section i have to fill return form these section 11 - u/s 139(1)
12 - u/s 139(4)
13 - u/s 142(1)
14 - u/s 148
15 - u/s 153A
and what is penalty for late filling ITR
Please help me on that issue.

u/s 139 (4), penalty would be rs. 5000/-

when i filled ITR u/s 139(4) then error show that "The due date for IT Return of Return File Sec 12 for Assessment Year 2010 is only till 31-03-2012" SO now tell me what to do please.

The return for AY 10-11 could have been filed only till 31.03.2012.
Now the return has become time barred and CANNOT be filed.
