An individual was expired on 23 June 2015 but his employer deduct tds deduct up to June 2015 Rs.6000/_ his wife wants to submi return & Claim refund. how to file return & claim refund. which documents required & procedure of after death.

Obtain legal heir certificate from local authorities/Thasildar and file the legal heir certificate in the E filing site where options are available. Then file the return as legal heir and claim refund.
