25 June 2009 Dear All

I am facing a very technical problem.

The thing is that I prepared ITR 2, For F.Y. 2007.08 in Income Tax software and after wards uploaded the ITR for A.Y. 2007-08. Which was not to be happened as the same was to get uploaded for A.Y. 2008-09. and due to slab system now IT department has raised the demand of Income Tax for F.Y. 2007-08.

NOw I dont know that How to respond to this matter?

25 June 2009 Dear Mr. Ketan,

ITR 2 is related to salary. i.e the details are filed as per Form 16.

Please write a letter to accept the error made by you at the time of filing of return and enclosed form 16 for supporting it and ITR return of AY 2007-08 which is already filed and submit ot Income tax department.
