17 December 2010 our client a individual business assessee have filed income tax return ITR 4 online for the assessment year 2009-10 on sep. 09 with claiming income tax refund Rs 7 Lacs , TDS is tallied with the Form 26AS . But till date he could not received Income Tax Refund. We contacted local income tax office ITO says since its an online filed ITR so we could not process the Refund. Kindly suggest us what to do for getting the refund
