23 August 2016 Assessee has filled return last year for A.Y 2015-16, but has not sended ITR V to CPC BANGALORE now assessee is sending itr v whether he will get the refund as 120 days has passed from the date of filling the return or Department will consider as defective return. Please advise.

23 August 2016 No, the return will not be processed if ITRV is send after 120 days . You should file a revised return if the return was filed within due date and verify it by either sending acknowledgement to CPC Bangalore or e verify it. Then only you will receive the refund.

23 August 2016 Sir return is not filled within the due date..so now what is the remedy with the assessee.
