Dear sir,
I have filed my return for A.Y 2011-12 in that year within due date and claimed 8500 as refund. But my refund is stil pending. On incometax tax website i have seen refund status which shows "Contact your Juridiction Assessing Officer". In this particular case what should i do.

Your return has been transferred to jurisdictional AO, follow it with him for refund.
