Dear All,
Please help me to understand the tax implication on income tax .
My Company is the subsidiary company of Japan base company and one employee of parrents company will be in india for three years and take salary from indian subsidiary, not known whether he will be taking salary from parrents company or not, iNDIAN SUBSIDIARY WILL PROVIDE HIM FLAT AND CAR APART FROM SALARY.
Please help me to know the tax implication.
I am not known about tax so please tell me in detail.
