whether CA inter qualified person is eligible to register as a income tax practitioner?

i am a B.com graduate also completed CA inter.whether i am qualified to get registered for sales tax and Income tax practitioner.....
if i will completed my CA final what are the problems will arise...
if i completed my CA whether i can apply to COP?

You being B.com graduate qualified to get registered for sales tax and income tax practitioner. No problem when you complete CA apply for COP continue your practice as CA.
