if person failed to bussiness and profession returnes under ITR 4 for the AY 2012-13 then how can we file the retunr on the date of 31/10/2013. pls... suggest me

Belated Return us/ 139(4) can be filed till 31.03.2014 subject to penalty of Rs 5000/- u/s 271F.
