one of our clients have not got one of thier company audited and no income tax returns are filled from fy 2005-06 onwards as there were no transactions. so can i file income tax returns now and how if possible ?

Dear Friend, In case of company it is mandatory to audit account of company and filing of returns. Their is penalty provision in both Income Tax Act as well as Companies Act for not filing of returns.
