Dear Sir
I could not file my income tax return for the A.Y. 2008-09 due to some communication gap between me & my CA. As the return is to be filed for NILL only, please let me know how can i file my return for the same.
Can i file my return online?

The last date for filing ITR for AY 2008-09 was 31st March, 2010.
Now you cannot file the return for Ay 2008-09 as it is time barred.
