Sir,
Please tell me , may a director pay income tax on behalf of company and what will be the treatment of the same in books of company . will it be reimbursed by company to director .

Its co.liability to pay taxes then if director is paying then same to be reimbursed, however TAN no. should be of co. to get tax credit.
