I have paid all of my taxes as per projection served by my employer for fy 11-12. my employer is unable to give form 16 for fy 11-12, keeping the tax projection served to me by my employer as reference can I file the returns for fy 11-12?
Note: I am employed in Central Govt

There is still a lot of time available for filing return for FY 11-12. The year has not even ended.
Won't you get the Form 16 by that time?
Has your employer deducted tax? Is it appearing in Form 26AS?
Even if you don't get the Form 16 you can file the return using the information that you provided and the tax credit appearing in Form 26AS.
