02 January 2012 If father made FD in banks and he died, then can legal heir file return on father,s name and claim refund of tds in ?
what is the best solution regarding this fact ?

02 January 2012 The return will be filed in the name of father by the legal heir. The return will be signed by the legal heir.

The refund cheque will be issued in the name of the father only.
