his gross receipts
a/y 2009-10 Rs.250000/-
a/y 2010-11 Rs.378278/-
we claim exemption of small service provider.
i am right.

YES YOU ARE SMALL SERVICE PROVIDER ..YOU SHALL OBTAIN REGISTRATION WITH DEPTT WHEN GROSS RECIEPTS CROSS LIMIT OF RS. 900000/-

manish you/your concerm exempt from service tax payment because recipts less than 10 lac....but you are compulsorily required to file half yearly returm with effect from 1/10/2011

i have doubt. my friend tell me small service provider scheme is available only first year.
