Income from tower(eg-a reliance tower) on the house property is taxable in which head income from house property or income from other sources.

Sir,but income from other sources charging section says that if any income is not related to any head then the income will be chargeable in the head income from other sources(the residuary head),but here the tower is related to the house property can it be charged in income from house property.If possible please also give a example and a case law

House property defined in Income tax as
House Property consists of any building, flat, shop etc., and the land attached to the building.
So tower is not a House property, it is Income from Other sources only
