hi,
I am salaried person; I had left A org. in march 2011 and joint B org. in same month.
Now i got form 16 from both org for FY 2011-12, as my X employer had credited my salary of month March 2011 in April 2011 to my account and also deducted prof. tax for the month. Same way my current employer has also credited by salary for the month April in same month for that he deduced prof. tax. Now i have paid prof. tax two times in same month.
Now i am going to file return, please tell me is it possible to get the prof. tax return as any way i have to pay the excess tax on salary what my x employer had credited to my account.

You can request the PT deptt to refund the excess amount paid.
Fill the form for refund & attach the two TDS certificates showing the PT dedcucted for the same month.
