11 June 2008 I want to know that once issued can audit report be revised or not.what if the returns is to be revised ?can a return with which audit report is attached can be revised or not.

05 April 2012 If the accounts have NOT been circulated, the auditor can revise the audit report. However, he needs to mention the fact in his report.

Alos, he needs to collect ALL copies of the original audit report.
