GOOD MORNING SIR IF MY TOTAL INCOME NOT MORE THAN 1.60 LAKH .& SIR I FILL MY RETURN.NOW SIR I WANT TO REFUND THAN IN WHICH FORM I CAN CLAIM TO GET REFUND

First of all you did not mention wheather your TDS is deducted or not & your nature of income. if you have submitted your return in time, mentioned the TDS details in your return & other details of income which is lower than the limit than you will received the refund.

IF YOU WANT TO REFUND , I.E TDS IS DEDUCTED BY ANY PARTY / BANK .
ITR FORM IS DEPENDS ON SOURCE OF INCOME & STATUS OF ASSESSEE, NOT ON REFUND.'
IF YOU ARE SALARIED PERSON THEN ITR 1 WILL BE FILED.
IF YOU HAVE BUSINESS INCOME THEN ITR 4 WILL BE FILED.
