30 August 2010 First of all you did not mention wheather your TDS is deducted or not & your nature of income. if you have submitted your return in time, mentioned the TDS details in your return & other details of income which is lower than the limit than you will received the refund.

IF YOU ARE SALARIED PERSON THEN ITR 1 WILL BE FILED.
IF YOU HAVE BUSINESS INCOME THEN ITR 4 WILL BE FILED.
