some one tell me that a person who is priest and his income from the astrologies and other activities . a want to know that wt is the sec. for such type income and which itr will be suitable for that .

Under the head business or profession, since this is a professional income.

If he is professionally engaged in this activity, then the income will be charged to tax under the third head of income i.e., Profits or Gains from Business or Profession.
Or if he is occasionally engaged in this activity, then the income will be charged under the last head of the income i.e., Income from Other Sources.
Or if he is occasionally engaged in this activity, then the income will be charged under the last head of the income i.e., Income from Other Sources.
