30 November 2013 Dear sir,
Income from poultry business on the basis of contract is the taxable income or not.

The TDS is collected by the contract company, it is refundable or or not, or how many percentage is refundable, in what way.

please guide me.

23 January 2014 One more doubt sir, the contract company collecting the TDS of 2% on every payment his total income Rs. 10,00,000 & paid the bank loan of principle amount Rs. 2,00,000 & interest Rs. 7,00,000, other expenses Rs, 50,000, after that his net income Rs. 50,000 only P.A, in this case the TDS is refundable or not,

another question is Bank loan for agricultural business will come under exemption "Dudection U/S" or not? please guide me.

25 January 2014 first cal the total tax payable if there is no ntax payable then tds refundable.
