CAN A TAXED PAID TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES CAN BE CLAIMED AS DEDUCTION WHEN THE PROPERTY IS UNDER SELF OCCUPIED (BANK INTEREST IS THERE IN BANK BORROWING FOR DEDUCTION IS BEING CLAIMED)?
