20 April 2011 e-return of income tax is filled on the basis of documents like computation of income, form 16, 16A, balance sheet and profit & loss A/c if any, etc

There is no change in documents requirement for filing of ITR even it is filed electronically. You should collect all documents which is required for computation of income correctly.

Also, now a days. only ITR is filed either in paper or electronically. No document is required to file with Income Tax Department alongwith ITR.
