hello experts
INC 12 is filled within 60 days of obtaining name in INC 1. if we file the same after 60 days then possible or not ? and what's the further procedure?

Not possible, because INC 12 and INC 32 (erstwhile INC 7) has to be filed 60 days of INC 1 approval. In other words, the approved INC 1 is lapsed by time overrun.
