I AM AN ARTICLE ASSISTANT IN A FIRM AND THE CA UNDER WHICH I AM REGISTERED HAS TAKEN TRANSFER FROM THE FIRM. THEN WHAT ARE THE PROVISION AVAILABLE UNDER THIS CASE.

u need to ask the remining partner to inform icai in this regard n other prtner can become ur new principal after icai's permits.
u should visit the articles section at te regional chapter of icai where u got urself reg for articleship and meet the concerned officer in this matter.
