The assessee company not maintaining log book for use of car the A.O. wants to make an addition in the absence of log book the perquisites of cars is added in the income of directors and some of the employee.cars are used exclusive for business of the assessee but the A.O. is still instance to disallowed.please send the site allowed car expenses

To claim as official expenses, log book is to be required to maintain.
In absence of the same act of AO is correct.
