There is a problem.
At times on the services which we provide .we don't receive the amount and then it is treated as bad debts,even tough we have not received the amount we have to pay Service tax and the customer to whom we have provided service can claim for input without clearing our bills.

Dear Experts Please help me with the above mentioned problem.

In a Case where u haven't received any of the amount and u have treated such as bad debts in ur books of accounts, the amount so paid shall be added to our input CCR account.....As far as service receiver is concerned he can take credit only after payment of bill...
