04 August 2016 sir...I have been paying service tax as per mininimum turnover....we absorb service tax as we can collect it separately in this unorganised sector... we buy paper which is with vat tax....we can't adjust it as we don't have vat num... bt now with GST my paper bills will also show gst.....will I benifit by adjust thos amt against what I will pay as gst......please see gude....I hv been losing to much fr my profit......

Input tax credit for non business....can not be claimed
Input tax for business.... can be claimed subject to following

supply is fully taxable....full input credit can be claimed

08 November 2016 sir...in which tax slab of gst can paper fall..I mean what's most likely tax slab....as we use it as main material in photocopying shop...thanks

02 January 2017 Hi all....we are a Xerox ing photocopying shop...we pay service tax on turn over...now after GST..which firm of gst will apply to us like...igst..cgst or other.. n will there be very heavy paper work..... ADVICE
