What is the applicablity of TDS on paymnet to PARK VIEW hotel .....
My clinet paid some amt to Hotel PArk View for staying of MD.. would it attract.
1) If yes is it in 194 C or 194 I
2) What are the conditions for 194 I...

The payment to hotel is covered by sec 194C as mentioned in CBDT circular.
