10 August 2012 Dear sir,
my I.T.Return for A.Yr. 08-09 have not yet been submitted to department & even my refund for same yr. is yet to receive so how should i file my return as online its not possible now and my all returns after A.Yr.08-09 have been filed on time till date. So. kindly let me know how can i file my return to claim my refund from department.as i have TDS certificate from party which is showing in my 26AS also.

10 August 2012 The return for AY 08-09 could have been filed upto 31.03.2010.

Since the time limit for filing the same has expired, the return CANNOT be filed now.

11 August 2012 it means i cant claim the refund from department in any way despite showing in 26AS.. some way should be there by imposing some penalty or late charges in filling the return or shall i talk with my ward officer in this regard for submission of return & claiming the refund.
