18 June 2012 is there be any problem in getting refund when an individual electrical contractor (gross receipt 8.00 lac) showing 10% profit u/s 44AD in e-filing I.T.R 4S for the A.Y. 2012-13?

19 June 2012 There will not be any problem since the assessee has complied with all the conditions.

The requirement of Section 44AD is that income shall be shown at 8%. There is no prohibition on showing higher income.
