07 August 2013 I AM AN EMPLOYEE IN A PSU AND T.D.S IS REGULARLY DEDUCTED FROM SALARY BUT I FAILED TO FILE MY I.T.R FOR AY 2010-11 AND AY 2011-12 AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT CELL OF INCIME TAX DEPARTMENT HAS GIVEN ME LETTER TO REPLY IN WRITING WHY I FAILED TO FILE THE RETURN FOR THE GIVEN ASSESSMENT YEARS. MY SALARY INCOME FOR THESE YEARS WERE AROUND RS.520000 P.A.
MY QUESTION IS THAT WHAT AND HOW I SHOULD REPLY????
