A male member how has only one daughter and no other children and he is the head of the family, Can he form HUF.

But for forming HUF there should be atleast one coparcenar, but femal member in the family is not coparcenar? Sir, please clarify my doubt.

Mr.Raghav there is amendment in Hindu Succession which allows formation of HUF if there is atleast one member in 2005.
So, HUF can be formed at the time of marriage itself.
