If i have huf account also than i got also exempt in 80C 100000/- 80ccf 20000

Yes You will get exempt of Rs. 1,00,000 u/s 80C and Rs. 20,000 u/s 80CCF.
Only thing is, you might not be able to open a PPF account in name of HUF.

Under both status entitle for deductions provided investments are made out of respective incomes of individual and HUF.
