Dear Experts,
Our proprietorship firm has a turnover of Rs. 1.45 Cr. for the period from July-17 to March-17.
But 1.67 Cr. in F.Y. 2017-18.
Should we show HSN Code wise summary of Sales & Purchase in GSTR-9 or we are exempt to show.
Please advise.

If your annual turnover in the preceding FY i.e. 2016-17 is less than 1.5 Crs. then you are exempt from declaring the HSN-wise Sales and Purchase.

Sir, is there any source to justify the exemption as department always demand any notification / circular etc.
