hello All,
I have a query regarding HRA & Housing Interest.- One employee of our company situated in Lucknow . he paid rent & also has property in same city. the distance between rented flatto office is Very Less than his Own house.he has taken bank loan for Purchasing House. can he claim rent & Interest same time for IT deduction .
plese do the needful.

yes.. claiming HRA deduction & Housing interest together should be permissible
