08 September 2014 My Querys :I have two flats and both are small so I have given for rent and showing as let out as of now. But I am staying in a rent house which is bigger one that is suitable for me. As of now I am not claiming any tax benefir as part of HRA. My doubt is whether I can claim HRA while showing rent on my let out flats?
